Carer Gateway Complaints

If you have a complaint about Carer Gateway, the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing (the department) encourages you to engage with your local Carer Gateway service provider to resolve the complaint through its complaints process.

If you are unsatisfied with the service providers outcome you can raise your complaint with the department. Please visit the department’s Complaints Page for information on how to lodge a complaint with the Feedback and Coordination Team (FCT).

Complaints and enquiries will not be responded to via this Website Feedback Form.
